How many names can I fit on a piece?

All item will fit different amounts of text, please refer to the product description which lists how many characters fit on each design.

Can you engrave on the back?

In most cases yes, however as the engraving is done with the process of hand stamping it may leave a slight ripple on the underside that may be visible on close inspection, each letter or symbol is individually hammered onto the metal to leave an imprint. We just ask that you are aware of this before we hand stamp both sides.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order, we work on very fast turnaround times, as soon as your order is received in our studio the production starts asap.

We have a number of payment options available including: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay

Are you based in Australia

Absoloutly Yes! We are located on the Mid North Coast of NSW, all items are posted with tracking through Australia Post.

I want to mix and match a design, can you do this?
